Application fees

  • 650 euros for students/PhDs
  • 850 euros for others

Registration procedure

Registration is done on the website iesc-inscriptions.fr.

  1. Create an IESC account if you do not already have one.
  2. Log in to your IESC account.
  3. Fill in the first two tabs, which are mandatory.
  4. You plan to present a poster ? In the Scientific Information tab, in the abstract section, upload a .txt file containing the following information :
    – the poster title,
    – the author list with affiliations,
    – a short description (few sentences). Note that you can submit multiple files.
  5. You plan to apply to a student talk ? In the Scientific Information tab, in the abstract section, upload your abstract in the pdf format ONLY (no .docx or .odt). The abstract should be one page long max. You can submit both an abstract for a talk and the information file for a poster.
  6. Once everything is filled out, submit your pre-registration.

Your registration will then be pending approval. Once it has been approved, you will be asked to

  1. proceed with payment ;
  2. provide additional information (arrival/departure, etc.).
